Kimchi fried rice

Ingredients: 

  • 50 gm Kimchi chopped 
  • 1/2 cup, 50 gm rice cooked and cooled
  • Olive oil- 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • soy sauce- 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar-1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes

Ingredients: 

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste, spring onions, carrots and cook for 2 minutes
  • Add rice, vinegar, soy sauce and delicately stir to mix ingredients evenly
  • Add kimchi, sprinkle chilli flakes and enjoy!
