Kimchi Tofu scramble

Ingredients

  • 1 cup~ 100 gm Kimchi
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 gm Tofu
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 150 gm spinach leaves
  • 2 spring onions~50 gm, chopped

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the garlic
  • Crumble the tofu/ paneer and add in the pan. Mix and cook for 2-3 min
  • Add chopped spinach, and spring onions and cook for 2 more min till they become soft
  • Lastly, add the kimchi and stir for 30 sec only and enjoy
