Ingredients:
- 50 gm Kimchi chopped
- 1/2 cup, 50 gm rice cooked and cooled
- Olive oil- 2 tbsp
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, diced
- soy sauce- 1 tbsp
- Vinegar-1 tbsp
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
Ingredients:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste, spring onions, carrots and cook for 2 minutes
- Add rice, vinegar, soy sauce and delicately stir to mix ingredients evenly
- Add kimchi, sprinkle chilli flakes and enjoy!
