GutBasket Shipping Policy

We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the following details about how we process and ship your orders.


📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Prepaid Orders: All prepaid orders with a valid address are shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    Once you place a COD order, we will send a confirmation message via WhatsApp and eMail. 

    • Your package will be dispatched the next day after you confirm the order and address.

    • If we do not receive confirmation within 48 hours, your order may be cancelled.


📬 Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp and email.

  • When your order is shipped, you’ll get a WhatsApp and email notification with a tracking number to follow your shipment status.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to be updated by the courier.


🚚 Delivery Timeline

  • Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at
    📧 support@gutbasket.com with your name and order number — we’ll look into it promptly.


⚠️ Important: Undelivered Parcel Complaints

If your tracking link shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it,
please raise a complaint with us within 2 days of the delivery status update.
This allows us to escalate the issue with the delivery team.

  • Complaints raised after 2 days from the delivery status cannot be investigated, and we will not be able to take responsibility for such cases.


🚫 Order Cancellations After Shipping

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


🚫 Failed Deliveries & Reshipping

If your package could not be delivered due to:

  • You not being available at the delivery address

  • Inaccurate or incomplete address details

  • Your phone being unreachable

  • Delivery restrictions in your area

you will need to pay additional shipping charges for us to resend the package.

 

If you would like to cancel the order in such case, the amount would be refunded after deducting the shipping charges to your pincode.
