Ingredients
- 1 cup~ 100 gm Kimchi
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 gm Tofu
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 150 gm spinach leaves
- 2 spring onions~50 gm, chopped
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the garlic
- Crumble the tofu/ paneer and add in the pan. Mix and cook for 2-3 min
- Add chopped spinach, and spring onions and cook for 2 more min till they become soft
- Lastly, add the kimchi and stir for 30 sec only and enjoy
