Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 Orange, peeled
- 50 gm Beet Sauerkraut
- 30 gm feta cheese
- 1 sprig fresh mint
Method:
- On a plate, place the orange slices
- Add a few forkfuls of orange-beet sauerkraut without brine
- Sprinkle feta cheese
- Top with 5-7 finely sliced mint leaves
- Feel free to drizzle with a bit of honey or maple syrup and enjoy!
