Heard masterchef's praise a well balanced dish. Can a salad do that? Challenge accepted! This is a simple salad that uses Gut Basket’s Apple Sauerkraut, carrots, spring onions, raisins and peanuts. Did I just give away the recipe? Just mix it all up and... done!
Ingredients (Serves 2):
- 1 cup Apple sauerkraut
- ½ cup finely grated carrots
- ½ cup Roasted Peanuts
- ½ cup Raisins
- Handful of chopped spring onion
Method:
- Place apple sauerkraut in a bowl and add carrots.
- Add peanuts, raisins and toss. Garnish with spring onions
- Enjoy the super-salad!
