Combine this superfood with the super probiotic Sauerkraut. It’s quick to make and needs very few ingredients. Feel free to add oregano, onions, tomatoes and greens if you like. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado, cut in slices
  • 1 Bread slice/ bread toast 
  • Chilli flakes to taste
  • 2 tbsp Classic Sauerkraut
  • Cheese (optional)

Method:

  • Toast the bread crisp
  • Spread classic sauerkraut evenly
  • Place sliced avocados
  • Sprinkle chilli flakes and grated cheese
  • That’s it, enjoy the super-healthy crunch
