Ingredients:
- 1 carrot , julienne cut
- 1/2 onion, shopped small
- 100 gm Gut Basket classic Sauerkraut
- 1/ cup cream or mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp white vinegar or Gut Basket’s Kombucha Vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Method:
- Add Sauerkraut classic, carrot and onions in a bowl and mix
- Add cream or mayonnaise and mix well ( You can make it more creamy if you like)
- Add salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar and mix
- Your probiotic coleslaw salad is ready !
