Sauerkraut Coleslaw Salad

Can’t take the heat? Neither can we! Cool off with some fresh, crisp, mildly spiced and super yummy salad on a summer afternoon at the comfort of your home! You can thank us later for the additional probiotic benefits of sauerkraut. 


Ingredients: 

  • 1 carrot , julienne cut
  • 1/2 onion, shopped small
  • 100 gm Gut Basket classic Sauerkraut
  • 1/ cup cream or mayonnaise 
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar 
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar or Gut Basket’s Kombucha Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

 Method: 

  • Add Sauerkraut classic, carrot and onions in a bowl and mix
  • Add cream or mayonnaise and mix well ( You can make it more creamy if you like)
  • Add salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar and mix
  • Your probiotic coleslaw salad is ready !
