- 2 tablespoons Apple Sauerkraut
- 1 small onion chopped
- ½ carrot, chopped thin
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- Add yogurt in a bowl and whisk to make it smooth
- Add all the ingredients to the yogurt, mix and enjoy!
