Sauerkraut Raita

Simple is beautiful :) A recipe with just 2 hero ingredients, both great sources of good bacteria. Your gut is going to love it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Apple Sauerkraut
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • ½ carrot, chopped thin 
  • 1 cup greek yogurt

Method: 

  1. Add yogurt in a bowl and whisk to make it smooth 
  2. Add all the ingredients to the yogurt, mix and enjoy!
