Ingredients:
- 1 medium, ripe Avocado, rough chopped
- 1 tbsp beet sauerkraut
- 2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 3 butter lettuce leaves or baby romaine leaves
- Sriracha
Method:
- Lay out the butter lettuce leaves
- Top with chopped avocados, sauerkraut and sunflower seeds
- Add sriracha if you like it spicy
- Roll the leaves and enjoy
