Prepare the Ingredients

Sterilize the Jar
Clean your 2L fermentation jar with hot water and dry it completely before use.
Add to the Jar
Add the raw mango into a clean fermentation jar.

Add Water
Pour in 1.8 L filtered water. Leave about 2 inches of headspace and stir well.
Seal
