GUTBasket Achaar Making Supplies is a refill pack containing everything you need to make 6 batches of authentic, probiotic lacto-fermented achaar at home — without the jar, airlock, or weights. If you already own the GUTBasket Achaar Making Kit or have your own fermentation setup, this is all you need for your next six batches.
Each box contains 3 Mild sachets (warm North Indian blend with mustard, fennel, turmeric, and Kashmiri chilli), 3 Spicy sachets (bold Andhra blend with extra red chilli and fenugreek), and 6 Ferment Boost prebiotic sachets that feed beneficial bacteria from Day 1.
The process is the same every time: chop, salt, add the spice mix and Ferment Boost, pack into your jar, and seal. In 3–5 days, you have living, probiotic achaar loaded with Lactobacillus cultures — the same kind found in dahi and kanji. Zero oil. Zero vinegar. Zero preservatives.
