🔁 Sprouting Instructions (All Seeds)
Step 1: Soak the Seeds
- Use 2 tbsp for small seeds (alfalfa, broccoli, seed mix) and 4 tbsp for large seeds (mung, chickpeas).
- Rinse and fill the jar halfway with filtered water. Soak for 8–12 hours (overnight).
- Secure the sprouting lid.
Step 2: Rinse & Drain
- Drain water through the lid, rinse with fresh water, and drain again.
- Turn the jar upside down to allow proper air circulation.
- Repeat this process every 8–12 hours.
Step 3: Harvest
- Sprouts are ready in 2–6 days depending on seed type.
- Rinse one final time and store in the fridge for up to a week.
