6,400+ home fermenters. One forum. No judgement.
Where people post photos of failed batches, ask questions, and share recipes. Free to join.
Where conversations happen.
Three conversations going right now.
Five rules. That's it.
1. Be kind. Most fermenters are beginners; treat every question like it's the first time it's been asked (because for that person, it is).
2. No selling. Don't promote your own products, services, or other brands. Linking to a recipe or paper is fine.
3. Cite when claiming. Health claims need a source. "My grandmother said" is a source. "I read somewhere" is not.
4. No iodised salt arguments. We've had them. Use non-iodised. Move on.
5. Photos help. A picture of your jar tells us more in 1 second than 10 paragraphs.
