I lost the original packaging. Can I still return?
Yes for damaged/defective items — wrap in any sturdy box. For change-of-mind returns, original packaging is ideal but we accept reasonable alternatives if items are otherwise unmarked.
I received the order 10 days ago. Is it too late?
Standard returns close at 7 days. But if it's a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged and you didn't open immediately, we still process within 30 days of delivery — message us with photos.
I want to exchange one kit for another instead of refunding.
Yes — message us before pickup. We'll arrange the swap in one trip. Price difference billed/refunded separately.
My subscription auto-shipped a kit I don't want this month.
Message within 48 hours of charge — we cancel the dispatch, full refund. If it has shipped, we treat it as a normal change-of-mind return (free pickup, refund minus reverse-ship).
