Free reverse pickup via Delhivery or Bluedart. Scheduled within 24 hours. You keep the original packaging.

We inspect
Item arrives at our Gandhinagar workshop within 2–4 working days. Inspection same-day. We'll WhatsApp you confirmation.

What we take back.

Damaged in transit
Broken jar, ripped pouch, leaking spice mix. Free pickup, full refund or replacement (your choice).
Defective batch
Spoiled before opening, mouldy on first ferment, smells off. We send a replacement first, pickup the original after.
Wrong item shipped
We packed the wrong kit. Free pickup, free expedited reshipment of the right one.

What we can't take back.

Opened spice mixes
Once opened, spice mixes can't be re-sold for safety reasons. Try the recipe and message us if it's not working — we usually replace.
Past 7 days from delivery
Standard return window is 7 days. After that, we still help with defects (manufacturing issues are warrantied for 90 days).
Failed personal ferment
If your batch went wrong because of room temperature, salt error, etc., that's a recipe issue not a kit defect. Message us — we'll troubleshoot. Refund is case-by-case.

How long until the money is back.

1–3 working days from refund initiation. Razorpay processes most within 24 hours; bank settlement is the variable.

3–7 working days. Slowest: PSU banks (SBI, BoI). Fastest: HDFC, ICICI, Axis.

Bank transfer to the account you provide on the WhatsApp pickup confirmation. 3–5 working days from pickup.

I lost the original packaging. Can I still return?

Yes for damaged/defective items — wrap in any sturdy box. For change-of-mind returns, original packaging is ideal but we accept reasonable alternatives if items are otherwise unmarked.

I received the order 10 days ago. Is it too late?

Standard returns close at 7 days. But if it's a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged and you didn't open immediately, we still process within 30 days of delivery — message us with photos.

I want to exchange one kit for another instead of refunding.

Yes — message us before pickup. We'll arrange the swap in one trip. Price difference billed/refunded separately.

My subscription auto-shipped a kit I don't want this month.

Message within 48 hours of charge — we cancel the dispatch, full refund. If it has shipped, we treat it as a normal change-of-mind return (free pickup, refund minus reverse-ship).
