You'll need to already own the GutBasket 1L Fermentation Jar + airlock + glass weight. New customer? Start with the full kit.
Mild Achaar Spice Mix — Warm North Indian blend (mustard, fennel, turmeric, Kashmiri chilli). 3 sachets.

Spicy Achaar Spice Mix — Bold Andhra blend (extra red chilli, fenugreek). 3 sachets.

Ferment Boost — Prebiotic accelerator. 6 sachets, one per batch.

All vacuum-sealed for 12-month shelf life. Same calibrated formulas as the full kit.
1. Wash and chop seasonal vegetables. Salt and let rest.
2. Add one spice mix sachet (mild or spicy) + one ferment boost sachet. Mix well. Transfer to your jar.
3. Place glass weights, close lid, attach airlock, fill chamber halfway with water.
4. Ferment 3–5 days. Refrigerate and serve.

Prep + salt vegetables
Wash and chop the vegetables. Add salt and let them rest for some time.

Mix, pack & fill the jar
Add the Achaar Mix and Ferment Boost. Combine well. Transfer everything to the jar.

Weights + close & airlock
Place the glass weights on top, close the lid, attach the airlock, and fill it halfway with water.

Ferment & enjoy
Let it ferment for 3 to 5 days until tangy and flavorful. Refrigerate and enjoy.
