What we hold, and why each matters.

FSSAI Manufacturing
The headline licence. Required for any food brand that processes, packs, or distributes in India. Includes annual inspection and renewable every 5 years.

FSSAI Probiotic Foods
A separate notification under FSSAI 2.4 (2017) for products labelled "probiotic." Requires a minimum CFU count, strain identification, and stability data per batch.
🏭
GMP — Good Manufacturing Practices
Voluntary. Independent third-party audit of facility cleanliness, staff training, equipment calibration, and traceability logs. Renewed annually.
PUBLIC TEST REPORTS

Last four quarters, downloadable.

Every batch goes to a NABL-accredited lab. Quarterly summary reports are public — total viable count, pathogen screening (Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli), water activity, salt content.

RECALL PROTOCOL

If something ever goes wrong.

Every kit is stamped with a batch code. We retain that code → factory shift → ingredient lot → supplier batch chain for 24 months.

If a batch is suspected: we email everyone who received it within 48 hours, replace or refund without questions, and notify FSSAI per Schedule II of the Recall Procedure 2017.

This has happened zero times. We're prepared anyway.
