SCIENCE-BACKED DESIGN
BUILT FOR
PERFECTFERMENTS.

Airlock
WHAT IT DOES
Gas out. Oxygen blocked.
WHY IT MATTERS
Oxygen = mould. Airlock blocks it. No daily burping needed.
Anaerobic

Glass weights
WHAT IT DOES
Pushes veggies under brine.
WHY IT MATTERS
Above brine = mould. Weight fixes it. Safe ferment. Every time.

REAL RESULTS
Real Kitchens. Real Ferments.

Two jars meant I could keep kanji going while the achaar fermented. Tried four ferments in three weeks — best money I've spent on my kitchen this year.

Tried 4 ferments

Just cabbage, the sea salt and a Ferment Boost sachet — crunchy, tangy sauerkraut in ten days. The veg book has a dozen more I want to try.

First sauerkraut

WHAT TO EXPECT
YOUR GUT'S FIRST 30 DAYS.
Most people notice a difference in the first week. The habit builds over the first month.
WEEK 1
Meeting new fiber
Your gut bacteria meet a new food source. Mild gas may happen at first — normal, expected, short-lived.
WEEK 2
Settling in
Daily intake settles into a habit. Beneficial bacteria get more fermentable fiber to work with.
WEEKS 3–4
Steadier rhythm
Bowel habits often feel smoother and more predictable. Less post-meal heaviness for many users.
MONTH 2+
Compound effect
Compound benefits — steadier energy, better routine, fewer disruptions. The long game.
INSIDE THE KIT
SPICE MIX +
FERMENT BOOST.
Four spice mixes, one per ferment — plus the boost and salt that make them work.

Reusable Hardware

Four Spice Profiles
One pre-measured batch of each — the four flavour bases that cover India's favourite ferments and Korean kimchi. Try them all, then refill your favourites.

Ferment Boost
The Day-1 prebiotic starter that feeds the good bacteria the moment you seal the jar — one sachet per spice mix. Available as a refill once it runs out.

HOW TO
Three ferment styles. Every week of the year.

Probiotic Drinks
Use Kanji Spice + the 2L jar with black carrot and water. Once fermentation finishes in 5–7 days, bottle into the flip-tops. Same method works for raw-mango fermented coolers in summer.

Korean Sides
Use Kimchi Paste + the 1L jar + the glass weight, with napa or Indian cabbage. The kimchi book covers 7 variations including spring onion and apple.

Vegetable Ferments
Use Ferment Spice + the 2L jar with cabbage, onions, carrots, beetroot or mixed veg. Sauerkraut, fermented onions and crunchy lacto-vegetables — all in the vegetable-ferments book.

Gifts
The All-in-One is our most-gifted SKU. Four books make it feel like a course, not just a kit. Universal — anyone who cooks at home can use it.

QUESTIONS?
Real questions, Real answers
What's included?+
Two fermentation jars (1 L and 2 L) with airlocks, a glass weight for the 1 L jar, four spice mixes (achaar, kanji, aam panna, kimchi paste), four Ferment Boost sachets, sea salt, and five recipe books — over 40 recipes in all.
Why two jars?+
The 2 L jar is for drinks like kanji and aam panna; the 1 L is for veggies like kimchi and achaar. Right size for each — and you can run two ferments at once.
How much can I make with the sachets?+
One batch of each ferment to start — enough to try them all. When you find your favourites, refill just those spice mixes.
Is this the same as the All-in-One Kit?+
It's the starter version — everything you need to begin, at a lower price. The premium All-in-One comes with larger spice mixes and flip-top bottles for the drinks.
How long does each ferment take?+
4–5 days for achaar and kanji, 3–5 for kimchi, 5–7 for aam panna, 7–14 for vegetables. Every recipe gives exact timing.
Do I need a starter culture?+
No. The good bacteria are already on the vegetables and in the spice mixes. Salt, the Ferment Boost, and time do the rest.
Is it beginner-friendly?+
Yes. The sachets are pre-measured and each book walks you through step by step. Most people get their first ferment right on the first try.
Can kids eat or drink these?+
Yes — start mild and in small amounts. Diluted kanji and the mild achaar are good places to begin.
